Task:
Provide contractual advice, provide estimates of the likely recovery and assist the consultant to substantiate claims for additional services it had performed during the course of the Project.
Solution:
TCGL worked closely with the client's project team to develop documents to concisely explain the background to each claim, the chronology of events giving rise to the claim and provide supporting information and explanations in respect to the hours assigned to the additional services claimed. This was challenging given records were not readily available and many of the project team had moved onto other projects.
Outcome:
An Additional Services submission was produced for each claim for onward submission/discussion with the Employer.
