Part of a small team engaged by the Main Contractor post-completion to prepare detailed particulars for all disputed variations and claim issues and to engage / resolve the issues with the Client.
Outcome:
The variations and claims submissions by the Main Contractors’ team facilitated the amicable negotiation and settlement of the Final Account between the Main Contractor and Client avoiding any further lengthy disputes.
