Construction projects are increasingly suffering from delays in recent times due in part to COVID-19 as well as a range of other factors. This has subsequently resulted in cost overruns and disputes concerning who bears responsibility for the time and cost implications of project delay. The webinar will strip away the mystique that surrounds the subject of Delay Analysis and summarise the limitations of the various Delay Analysis methods commonly used.
