Construction is featured as having a high degree of unpredictability where changes frequently happen. These changes very often become the basis of claims that the clients, architects, quantity surveyors and contractors are well aware of. However, there are other issues that do not always attract much attention but probably have implication on the contract. This seminar aims at highlighting this kind of inconspicuous claims and inspiring a due consideration of what contract position they should stand.
