The first 100 days in a dispute can determine whether you reach an amicable resolution with your counterparty or enter into a formal dispute resolution process, like arbitration. Interactions between the parties during this important period are usually the most intense. These interactions will influence how strong your position will be in any further commercial negotiations or arbitration. For this seminar, the ICC has assembled a panel of experienced arbitrators, external counsel, and case management counsel from the ICC International Court of Arbitration to help businesses (including in-house counsel) navigate this tricky period most effectively. There will be opportunities for questions and discussions with our panellists, with networking to follow.
