M+, opened in November 2021, is a museum of visual culture in the West Kowloon Cultural District of Hong Kong. It exhibits twentieth and twenty-first century visual culture encompassing visual art, design and architecture, and moving image. Farrells have been intimately engaged in the planning of West Kowloon since the land was reclaimed from the harbour more than 25 years ago. In this event, directors from Farrells will share with us their experience from West Kowloon to M+, from site constraints to opportunities; from mock-up to realisation, from exposed concrete to building envelope and from containing to Showcasing Arts.
