With travel restrictions in place, the international arbitration community has already responded swiftly to address novel problems associated with COVID in order to ensure smooth (and continued) arbitration proceedings. The panel will discuss inter alia how COVID has impacted international arbitrations and cross-border disputes, what measures have been implemented to ensure that parties' rights continue to be heard and disputes resolved, and what they believe the new norm will be once the COVID Pandemic is over.
