Colin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 50 years' experience gained on all types of construction projects, and specialises in expert advice and assistance on contract administration, quantum, programming, commercial negotiations including the preparation of supplemental agreements, contractual claims, contract documentation and dispute resolution. He has acted as an Expert Witness on a number of arbitrations in which he has been cross-examined.

Peter has over 40 years' experience in the construction industry having worked on a wide range of construction projects internationally. He specialises in expert advice and assistance on commercial and contractual matters, including Expert Witness appointments for both quantum and programming (most of which he has provided oral evidence in court and in Arbitration) and provision of professional services, as well as assistance with litigation, arbitrations, conciliations, mediations, dispute resolution and contract administration services.

Albert, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Registered Professional Surveyor, with over 35 years of experience in a diverse range of sectors of the construction industry. He specialises in provision of quantity surveying and contracts administration services, claims and contractual advice, and is highly experienced in quantum Expert Witness support services.

James Johnson Director

James, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years' experience in all sectors of construction. He is an experienced Quantum Expert who has substantial experience in project control and project risk management functions, with emphasis on providing high level advice and assistance on contract and commercial matters as well as dispute resolution and legal issues. James is also an NEC and FIDIC advisor.

Michelle Garden Director

BSc (Hons), MBPsS

Michelle has 25 years' experience in the construction industry. She is responsible for the general management of company operations, including overseeing all HR, administrative, business development and marketing functions. She has organised numerous in-house training for all parties in the construction industry from both the private and public sectors, targeting commercial and contractual aspects of construction contracts and the practical applications and effective administration to minimize risk.

Peter Ingram Director

LLM (Construction Law & Arbitration), MCIArb, BSc (QS)

Peter, an experienced Quantity Surveyor with an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration who has over 27 years' experience in commercial and contractual roles on major multi-billion dollar construction and engineering projects in Hong Kong, Macau and Australia. Peter has experience in the preparation and management of contractual claims and in preparation of quantum assessments for expert reports. He has experience with mediation and arbitration proceedings, working with solicitors and clients to provide detailed substantiation in dispute work.

Ian Marsh Associate Director

Experienced commercial manager, claims manager and contract specialist with over 36 years of experience, having worked on major civil engineering, building and infrastructure projects, including airports, rail projects, power station projects, and MEP works. NEC4 ECC Accredited PM.
