Given the increasing use of the NEC Contract within Hong Kong, in this seminar, speakers Shy Jackson and Ian Heaphy, who are members of the NEC board and experts on NEC, will provide an insight into various practical issues relating to the programme and delay assessment, omissions, notices and some of the latest case law involving NEC Contracts. In addition to this, they will provide an overview of the latest updates to the NEC suite of contracts, including the new secondary Option X29 which aims to incentivise carbon reduction.
