The objective of this webinar will be to provide an introduction to the specifics and modalities of emergency arbitration. The webinar will be moderated by Dilber Devitre, Associate at Homburger, and will include presentations by Victoria Khandrimaylo, Counsel at HKIAC, Elizabeth Chan, Associate at Three Crowns, and James Hosking, Founding Partner at Chaffetz Lindsey, followed by a short Question and Answer period. There will also be an optional Assignment and at the end of the webinar, participants can indicate their interest in the same. Participants who choose to complete the Assignment will have the opportunity to receive a certification and win some exciting prizes involving their panellists!
