ICC Malaysia presents an interactive webinar, which will see experts covering four continents discuss the use of mediation in cross-border commercial disputes from a business perspective. Topics covered will include what constitutes mediation standards, ICC Mediation Rules, how mediation standards change in light of different cultures such as in the Belt and Road Initiative, new mediation trends and standards from the perspectives of the Alliance for Mediation Standards.
