The talk will touch upon the important concepts of buildability being applied to the construction industry. The early application of buildability skills will improve the duration of construction, as well as the quality of the final product. The talk will also address the maintenance issues arising from Modular Integrated Construction (MIC) in terms of its durability, weathering and repairs etc., taking in account life cycle costing in the long run.
