Our assurance and standards services are aimed at providing our clients with independent advice based on a combination of best practice from leading professional standards authorities and professional bodies.
- Project Audits
Project audits can be carried out as either a regular independent Quality Assurance programme, or as one off exercises should issues or key project stages require. The Contracts Group can carry out audits on both the project and the management systems being used, to identify problems, suggest solutions and promote continuous improvement.
- Process Maturity Review
Using an industry standard 5 stage maturity model, we can review your in-house processes, procedures and skillsets and recommend improvement targets and implementation steps as appropriate. A programme of regular maturity assessments at appropriate intervals can measure tangible improvements over time and demonstrate that your organisation is reaping the benefits of more mature processes and achieving repeatable performance.
- Standards and Quality Assurance
There are two services we can offer in this area, firstly we can develop project management standards for your organisation, based on best practice from the professional project management bodies. Secondly we can review current standards for benchmarking and improvement and review the compliance of your projects and staff against those standards.
