The Contracts Group is able to provide commercial support to our Clients to assist them in controlling the costs of their project. This may include:
- Provision of Commercial Managers to set up, control and manage cost controls and reporting mechanisms for the specific requirements of the project;
- Preparing detailed commercial reports for anticipated cost to completion, cash flows and cost vs income / value;
- The management of project contingencies, provisional sums and valuation of variations and assessment of claims.
