The Contracts Group helps clients prepare, assess and manage construction claims during project delivery and through to final accounts. Based in Hong Kong, we support projects across Asia and the World, combining contractual, commercial, planning and quantum expertise within one consultancy.
We assist clients seeking additional time or payment, as well as those reviewing claims received from contractors, subcontractors and other supply-chain partners. Our focus is on identifying contractual requirements, maintaining supporting records and presenting claims clearly so they can be assessed and resolved.
