Contract Advisory Services
The Contracts Group offers Contract Advisory Services that can be tailored to suit specific requirements of each of our Clients and allow our Clients to make informed and effective decisions. Contract Advisory Services include:
- A full contract lifecycle service which commences with identifying key risks and contract deliverables for the benefit of the project's leaders and contract administrators. Senior Contracts Group staff members are then available to attend key contract meetings and review key contractual correspondence throughout the course of the entire contract to help to ensure that the contract is administered correctly;
- Ad – hoc services to provide specific contractual advice on any issue that our Client may have. This can include addendums or supplemental agreements to a contract, variations, claims, issues relating to the supply chain and measurement and programming issues, amongst others;
- The Contracts Group provides Contract Advisory Services to allow our Clients to make informed and effective decisions.
