Contract Close-Out & Final Accounts
The final 5% of a contract and its close out, whether this be the management of defects or the final accounting of the main or supply chain contracts, can often be protracted and significantly reduce the profitability of a project. The Contracts Group can, therefore, offer their Clients:
- Provision of experienced Quantity Surveyors to prepare and negotiate valuation of variation orders;
- Provision of experienced Quantity Surveyors to assist with the preparation of final accounts;
- Provision of experienced Quantity Surveyors to assist with the assessment and valuation of final accounts received from a Client's Supply Chain;
- Provision of experienced staff to ensure that contract deliverables such as As-Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, Insurances and Warranties are all in place or closed out in accordance with the contract requirements.
